Get ready to kick off the new school year with confidence! Join us for July’s SubManager Series as we focus on preparing your substitute teacher program for a strong start to the 2026–2027 school year.

During this session, we’ll review our July and August readiness checklists, share practical strategies for preparing and engaging your substitute pool, and provide customizable resources to support your back-to-school efforts — including sample training agendas and advertising ideas to help promote your substitute teacher training opportunities effectively.

We’re also excited to feature a special STEDI Edge district spotlight speaker who will share how their district successfully implements back-to-school substitute teacher training and prepares substitutes for success from day one.

Whether you’re brand new to substitute teacher management or a seasoned professional, this collaborative session will provide practical tools, fresh ideas, and valuable peer connections to help your district start the school year strong!
